Nearly every journey adds a new competency.

We do not keep a menu of packages. We keep a record of what we have learned to arrange well — one trip at a time, by being asked for something we had not done before and doing it properly. What follows is that record. If it can be arranged, it has likely been arranged here; if it has not, it is the next thing we learn.
